Sponsor Flow
Sponsor Flow helps independent sponsors screen the deals that reach them. It reads teasers and CIMs, scores each deal against the firm's own criteria, and keeps the bankers, companies and conversations around every deal in one CRM. It is made by Automation Consulting Services.
What it does
- Screener. Upload or forward a teaser or CIM, and the key facts are pulled out and scored against your firm's rules.
- CRM. Accounts, contacts, deals and lists, with notes, tasks and a timeline of everything that happened with each record.
- Email. Connect your own Gmail or Outlook mailbox to send email from Sponsor Flow, add the people you correspond with to the CRM, and see your emails with each contact on their record.
- Calendar. Connect your Google or Outlook calendar so meetings with contacts are logged on their records, and meetings you schedule in Sponsor Flow appear in your calendar.
Connecting Google or Microsoft
Connecting a mailbox or calendar is optional and is done by each person, for their own account, under Settings → Email. Sponsor Flow asks Google or Microsoft for permission to:
- Read your email, to add the people you correspond with to your firm's CRM and log your emails on their records.
- Send email as you, only when you press Send in Sponsor Flow.
- See and edit your calendar events, to log meetings with contacts and add the meetings you schedule here.
You can disconnect at any time, which stops all access straight away. How this data is used, stored and protected is set out in our Privacy Policy. Use of Sponsor Flow is subject to our Terms of Service.
Who can use it
Sponsor Flow is for investment firms and the people who work at them. Access is by invitation from a firm's owner or admin. Request access, or sign in if you already have an account.
